It cures through air moisture to generate a soft rubber-like substance with superior elastic and adhesive strength. Polyurethane sealant dries at humidity and room temperature since it is a one-component elastomeric sealer. The versatility of polyurethane sealant makes it useful for both sealing and adhering. In this sense, polyurethane sealant is a type of adhesive. The high sealant strength of polyurethane sealant on various surfaces, combined with its high degree of flexibility, is the primary reason for its widespread use.
