Duroproof TTC is a high performance, high chemical and UV resistant, hand-applied, moisture curing single-pack polyurethane topcoat. Duroproof TTC is vehicle or foot trafficable. Duroproof TTC has been tested to pass accelerated UV testing using UVB light at 2000 hours.
Use Area
It is designed for coating Polyurethane or Polyurea waterproofing membranes to bring trafficability, easy cleaning and gloss.

Coverage
1 coat of 250–400 g/m² will provide a durable layer of 0.15–0.25 mm. Final dry film thickness must be a minimum of 0.2 mm (200 micron).
- For light foot traffic: a single coat at 400 g/m² is recommended.
- For heavy foot traffic and vehicular traffic: two coats of 400 g/m² is recommended.

UV Resistance
UVB-313-EL Lamp, Wavelengths ~310nm, Irradiance: 0.71 W/m²/nm. 4 hours UV at 60°C + 4 hours Humidity at 50°C. 2000 hours accelerated testing — no visible cracks, blisters or chalk.
Application
Duroproof TTC is supplied in ready-to-use pails. Must be mechanically mixed before application for 2–3 minutes at 300–400 RPM with a power drill and paint mixing attachment. Avoid introducing air into the product when mixing.
Apply with a squeegee (wiper) or roller.
Subject to light pedestrian traffic after 24 hours. Allow 7 days curing for vehicle traffic.
Recoating
In normal conditions, Duroproof TTC can be recoated after 12 hours and before 36 hours.
Clean-Up
Clean reusable tools with Xylene or MEK before curing.
Shelf Life
12 months in original unopened packaging. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry location away from heat and oxidizing agents. Do not store below 5°C or above 35°C.
Safety
As Duroproof TTC is solvent based, any application site must be free of naked flames or spark sources. Fresh air should be circulated on site. Please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for personal protection, proper handling and storage.
