Intertac Plus is a Solvent Free, Low Odour, Low VOC Pressure Sensitive Adhesive formulated for installing Interface GlasBac, CushionBacRE, CQuestBio and CQuestBioX Carpet Tiles as well as Interface Luxury Vinyl Tiles and Planks.
Intertac Plus can be applied to concrete substrates with a moisture content up to 99% Relative Humidity (moisture reducing) tested with the In-Situ Probe method and concrete substrates with pH readings up to 12.0.

Spread Rate
- V1 notched trowel (1.6mm × 1.6mm): Up to 5m² per litre — recommended for LVT
- Long Nap Roller (≥10mm pile): 10–14m² per litre — recommended for GlasBac carpet tiles
- V2 notched trowel (2.4mm × 2.4mm): Up to 3m² per litre — recommended for CushionBacRE
Application
Spread adhesive with the recommended notched trowel or roller. Intertac Plus is used in dry mode — allow the adhesive to dry and become clear before laying tiles. This limits adhesive transfer to the tile backing, enabling tiles to be repositioned with a clean backing.
A stronger bond can be achieved by laying material into the adhesive film just prior to it drying completely. Roll in both directions to ensure transfer.
Setting Times
Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour at 20°C. Times may vary depending on substrate absorbency, temperature and humidity.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be absorbent, dry, smooth, sound and clean, free of wax, grease, paint, previously used adhesive, polish, PVC based membranes, curing compounds and hydrostatic pressure. Minimum subfloor temperature: 10°C. Highly absorbent concrete subfloors should be primed with Roberts R400 primer prior to adhesive application.
