Marmox Shower Niche - Waterproof Tile-Ready Wall Recess
The Marmox Shower Niche is a waterproof, tile-ready wall cavity solution designed to create recessed storage areas in wet walls. Manufactured from high-performance extruded polystyrene (XPS) with reinforced cementitious faces, this niche is fully waterproof and designed to be tiled seamlessly into your wall system. It integrates with Marmox Multiboards and waterproofing accessories to deliver recessed shelving and storage areas in showers, wet rooms, laundries, and bathroom walls.

Installation
- Determine niche location and cut out wall cavity in Marmox Multiboards or substrate
- Ensure opening matches the niche external dimensions
- Insert nogging to support the 4 sides of the niche
- Fix using approved Marmox adhesives and mechanical fixings where required
- Seal all perimeter joints with Marmox Waterproofing Tape
- Apply tiles directly to the niche and surrounding wall surfaces
