MJS Max Prime is a water based acrylic primer designed to prime absorbent substrates prior to the application of water-based adhesives.

- Spread Rate: Up to 8 to 10m²/L
- Water based, suitable for use on porous concrete, plaster and cementitious screeds
- For best practice apply by soft brush or broom
- Priming substrates will increase adhesive spread rates, longer opening times and enhance bond strength
