Sigma Jolly Edge M14 Tile Mitre and Bullnose Machine
The Sigma Jolly Edge is a precision tile edge profiling machine for creating "Jolly" (mitre) and "Half-Bullnose" (round profile) finishes on tiles and slabs including porcelain gres, marble, granite and glass.
By sliding on the edge of the tile or slab, the Jolly Edge guarantees uniformity of processing along the entire length of the edge, copying the physiological curves of the slab — something that would not be possible with a cutter guided by a rigid guide.

- Dual Configuration: Jolly (mitering) using a cutting disc, or Half-Bullnose (profiling) using a shaped grinding wheel
- Jolly Mode: Miter at any angle between 40° and 50°, with edge adjustment
- Half-Bullnose Mode: Round chamfers with radius 6, 8 or 10mm
- Tile Thickness: Processes tiles 5–20mm thick
- Tile Size: From 30cm to infinity in a single pass
- Universal Attachment: M14 thread for any grinder from 700 to 1400W
- Dust Extraction: Prepared for dust-free dry cutting with universal vacuum connection
- Wet or Dry: Designed for both wet and dry operation — use with optional Waterkit for adjustable water jet
