Description

Sikadur 33

Sikadur 33 is a 2-component, 100% solids, moisture-tolerant, structural, epoxy paste adhesive that conforms to the current edition of ASTM C881 and AASHTO M-235, Type IV, Grade 3 (non-sag), Class B & C.

Usage

As a structural adhesive for:

Bonding hardened concrete to hardened concrete
Bonding steel to concrete
Bonding other structural elements to concrete

Chemical Base: 2-component epoxy resin
Density: Component A: 1.65 kg/L, Component B: 1.45 kg/L, Mixed: 1.56 kg/L
Mixing Ratio: A:B = 1:1 by volume
Pot Life: ~30 minutes at 35°C, ~60 minutes at 23°C
Tensile Strength: ~25 MPa (ASTM D638, 14 days at 23°C)
Bond Strength: Exceeds strength of concrete substrate
Application Temperature: +5°C to +35°C
Shelf Life: 24 months from date of production
