Sure Seal® Premium Plus Sealer is a high strength, premium-grade, water-based, penetrating sealer specially formulated for extra wear and tear areas such as high traffic areas and commercial applications. It will provide unparalleled protection against water and oil-based stains, moss, efflorescence and alkalis to maintain the natural look and beauty of stone surfaces. It is invisible upon application, and will not change the appearance of the treated surface.
Sure Seal® Premium Plus Sealer penetrates more deeply than conventional water- or solvent-based sealers and protects horizontal and vertical surfaces from moisture intrusion and chemical attack of chloride salts. It protects against salt air by screening chlorides from penetrating through concrete to the reinforcing steel by chemically bonding deep within the concrete or masonry substrate to provide long-lasting protection against water-related staining or deterioration.
Treated surfaces keep their natural breathing characteristics and natural appearance and provides a solution to spalling and pitting of porous stone and concrete surfaces caused by salt penetration as well as spalling caused by freeze-thaw cycles.
It provides protection against water and oil-based stains, efflorescence, weathering and erosion and will not alter the colour or texture of the surface after application.
