Paraseal Permanent Seam Tape is a 1.5 mm thick, rubberized SBS bitumen membrane laminated to a polyethylene reinforcing film. A removable release paper protects the adhesive membrane face until removed during installation.
Usage/Purpose
Paraseal Permanent Seam Tape is used primarily for sealing the seams of Paraseal applications. It is used on all HDPE facing seams of Paraseal and Paraseal LG. The inherent adhesive and waterproofing properties of the rubberized-bitumen membrane effectively seals the HDPE liner face on Paraseal products to render the bentonite a secondary waterproofing system.
