Wedi Riolito Pre-Sloped Extension Panel
The wedi Riolito extension panel is a prefabricated, factory-sloped XPS panel used to extend a wedi Fundo Riolito / Riolito Neo linear-drainage shower base on site, enlarging the showering area to suit almost any layout. It is a one-way sloped, tile-ready base element that connects directly to the Fundo Riolito element, and can be added straight along a base edge or mitre-cut and notched to form corner extensions.

- Blue XPS foam core is 100% waterproof and keeps performing even if the surface is damaged.
- Factory pre-sloped to the correct fall, so no on-site screeding is required.
- Shiplap/notched edges interlock with the matching Fundo base for a watertight connection.
- Cement-coated, fabric-reinforced surface gives a strong key for tile adhesive.
- Sealed at joints with wedi 610 / joint sealant alone — no additional membranes needed.
- Lightweight, easy to cut and handle, with long-term mould protection and thermal insulation.
Application
Suitable for flush-to-floor showers in domestic and publicly accessible buildings, including accessible designs. Finish with natural stone or ceramic tile.
