ATECHPROOF® BALCONY is a waterborne elastomeric waterproofing membrane with outstanding long term UV stability. It is an effective anti-carbonation membrane for concrete and compressed sheet balcony construction. Specially engineered for durability and long-term performance, this cutting-edge waterproofing system ensures your balcony remains leak-free, structurally sound, and visually appealing.

Application
Can be applied by brush, roller or trowel in multiple coats. Apply a minimum of 2 coats at the recommended rate to achieve the recommended dry film thickness.
- Waterproofing Reinforced Trafficable Rate: 1.6m²/lit
- Anti-Carbonation Weatherproof Membrane Rate: 4.8m²/lit
- Allow 4-6 hours drying time for recoat depending on ambient conditions
- Allow 24 hours to dry before tiling / screeding / overcoat
