Cureflex TT77 is a new generation flexible powdered tile adhesive designed as a wall to floor tiling and paving bonding agent. Its unique formulation offers superior compressive strength and flexibility while maintaining optimum adhesion performance on a wide range of tiles, pavers and substrates flexible or rigid, interior or exterior.

Cureflex TT77 is engineered as an excellent mid to high range, which is easy to work with. There is no slumping when using large tiles, no shrinkage during curing stage and extended open time up to 30-40 minutes longer than standard adhesives.

INTRODUCTION

Cureflex® TT77 is the perfect all-rounder when it comes to flexible, powdered tile adhesives, suitable for all kinds of wall to floor tiling and paving applications.

The formulation offers impressive compressive strength and flexibility while maintaining optimum adhesion performance on a wide range of tiles, pavers and substrates, whether they're flexible or rigid, interior or exterior.

Cureflex® TT77 is engineered as an excellent mid to high-range adhesive, which is easy to work with. There is no slumping when using large tiles, no shrinkage during curing stage and an extended open time of up to 40 minutes longer than standard adhesives.

Allow 8 hours before foot traffic and 72 hours before return to service. Tiles may be grouted 8 hours after installation depending on temperatures. Grouting generally is best performed 24 hours after tiles have been installed.

Cureflex® TT77's advanced formulation is structured using premium European engineered polymer modified powders (PMPs) and additives, combined with uniquely blended natural and acrylic micro-fibres mixed with various graded aggregates.

• S1 Medium level flexural strength
• E(E) Extended open time (up to 60min extra work time).
• T Slip resistance.

COVERAGE & CURING

Pot life of mixed adhesive is approximately 2-4 hours (23°C).

Coverage varies based on the size of the notched trowel used during application.
