Resiflex Hybrid Sealant is a fast cure, durable, flexible, hybrid sealant that offers excellent performance in moving joints and exhibits tenacious adhesion once fully cured.
Description
Resiflex Hybrid is a low modulus, single-component, moisture-cure polyurethane hybrid sealant. Formulated with proprietary polymer technology, Resiflex Hybrid provides a fast cure, paintable sealant that is fantastic for façade and window perimeter sealing.
Uses
Duram Resiflex Hybrid is used to seal and provide waterproofing to:
- Control Joints
- Precast Concrete Panel Joints
- Gaps
- Corners (Fillets)
- Penetrations
- Cracks
- Bonding plastic and metal angles to concrete, timber and FC.

Up to 12 months in unopened and undamaged containers.
Storage
Store in a dry cool place in original unopened packaging.
Priming
Duram Resiflex Hybrid typically adheres tenaciously to common construction substrates without primers. However, Duram always recommends that a field adhesion test be performed on the actual materials being used on the job to verify the need for a primer. If a primer is needed, use the following:
- For Porous Substrates: Duram Primeseal MC
- For Non Porous Substrates: Duram Super prime 711
- For Metal Surfaces: Duram ME Primer.
