Flowfast Catalyst Peroxan BPPLvr 50W is an almost odourless, free flowing white powder consisting of stabilised 50% dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO). It is the catalyst (initiator) used to activate the polymerisation of the Flowfast range of methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin flooring products and Deckshield Rapide car park decking systems.
Uses
Mixed into Flowfast and Deckshield Rapide MMA resins to initiate rapid curing. The catalyst is essential for every layer in a Flowfast resin flooring installation — primers, binders, screeds and sealers.

Mixing Ratio
Add to Flowfast or Deckshield Rapide resins at 1–6% by weight of the selected resin. Indicative dosage: ~1.0% at +30°C, ~1.4% at +20°C, ~2.4% at +10°C, higher at 0°C. Stir until fully dissolved. Always refer to the specific Flowfast or Deckshield Rapide product data sheet for exact dosage.

Safety
Organic peroxide. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, dirt, rust, acids, alkalis and accelerators (heavy metal compounds and amines). Skin sensitiser — avoid skin contact.
