Flowcrete Flowshield SL (2 – 3mm)
A durable, high-gloss, self-smoothing seamless epoxy self-levelling floor coating compliant with CSM® (Cleanroom Suitable Materials) requirements. Delivers a hygienic, smooth resin finish suitable for dry process areas subjected to foot, trolley, pallet truck and rubber-wheeled forklift traffic.
Typically used in sensitive environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, warehouses, and storage areas across pharmaceutical, electronic, aerospace, automotive and printing plants.
Pigment sold separately — requires 700g Epoxy Pigment per 30kg system.

Available Colours
Available in 10 AS2700 standard colours: Bluebell, Bridge Grey, Dark Grey, Light Grey Blue, Light Grey, Mushroom, Pastel Grey, Serpentine, Straw, and Terracotta. Applied colours may differ from examples shown. Not all pigments are stocked as standard and may be made-to-order for your project. Substrate Requirements
Concrete or screed substrate should be a minimum of 25 N/mm², free from laitance, dust and other contamination. Substrate should be dry to 75% RH as per ASTM F2170 (AS1884:2012). Slab on ground concrete must have an effective damp proof membrane in place.
Application & Mixing
Application and curing temperatures: 5–35°C. Substrate temperature should exceed dew point by 3°C during application. Ready-mixed product should be used within 20 minutes at 20°C. At higher temperatures, application time is shorter. Maximum overcoat time is 24 hours at 20°C. This system is not UV stable and will discolour unless otherwise stated. No contact with water for 5 days at 20°C after application.
Storage
12 months in unopened packs. Store between 5°C and 35°C. Should be stored inside and protected from frost, weather, moisture, direct sunlight and contamination ingress.
