Flowcrete Silica Flour 100G — Resin Flooring Filler
Flowcrete Silica Flour 100G is a fine-grade crystalline silica (quartz, SiO2 ≥ 98%) powder used as a filler within Flowcrete Pacific's range of epoxy and MMA (methyl methacrylate) resin flooring systems.
Where it is used
- Flowfast MMA resin systems (Flowfast SR, Flowfast SRQ, Flowfast Terrosso, Deckshield ED Rapide) — blended with Flowfast Binder or Flexible Binder before broadcast or scatter coats.
- Flowcoat SC epoxy resin coatings — added to the universal resin/hardener mix for fairing or filling.
- Deckshield car park deck waterproofing and coating systems.
- Flowfresh hygienic resin flooring systems.

- Composition: Crystalline silica (quartz, SiO2) ≥ 98%
- Form: Fine off-white to colourless powder
- Density: 2.635 – 2.660
- Insoluble in water; high heat and heat-shock resistance
- Not classified as Dangerous Goods for road, rail, sea, or air transport
