GSA Cornice Adhesive 60 Minute 2.5kg Cornice Cement
About this product:
GSA Cornice Adhesive is a specially formulated adhesive for fixing cornice to plasterboard walls and ceilings. It has a working life of 60 minutes.
Product Features:
- Quick initial grab and creamy consistency
- High strength
- 60-minute working time
- Suitable for fixing cornice to a variety of substrates
Mixing & Application:
- Mark out and cut the cornice to the exact length using a mitre box
- Place 1 litre of water in a container and sprinkle in approximately 2kg of GSA Cornice Adhesive; mixed adhesive can be used within 50 minutes
- Apply in a 10mm wide bead along the back edges of the cornice, press into the wall/ceiling angle and hold with temporary nails
- Remove surplus with a small broad knife, clean with a damp cloth or sponge, and use surplus to fill and smooth off mitres
Coverage:
5kg is required for 42 metres of cornice.
Clean up with water. Seal bag when not in use and store in a cool, dry place.
