MJS Max Prep Bulk-It 20kg Bulk Fill Levelling Compound
MJS Bulk-It is a cement based underlayment for levelling subfloors prior to the application of a floor finish. Designed with a coarse sand aggregate and minimal flow for easy and efficient installations of thick layers. Can also be used as a fast set mortar by reducing the water mixing ratio.

Mixing
Depending on site conditions, applicator's preference and the finished surface requirements, mix 4.5–5.0L of water to 10kg of powder. Minimum subfloor temperature: 10°C.
