Description
Stellmann Hardener Part B – 2kg
Stellmann Hardener Part B is the 2 kg replacement hardener component for Stellmann's dual-component polyurethane coatings. It is mixed with Part A at a ratio of 5 : 1 by weight (Part A = 5, Part B = 1). Stellmann coating kits usually include the required Part B — this pack is supplied separately as a replacement.
â €Mixing
- Stir Part A for 5 minutes with a mechanical mixer at low speed before use.
- Measure with an electronic precision scale — do not use millilitre mixing cups, as the product density is higher than water.
- Calculation: multiply the amount of Part A by 0.2 to get the amount of Part B to add (for example, 200 g of Part A + 40 g of Part B).
- Mix Part A and Part B with a clean mechanical mixer for at least 5 minutes. Only mix as much as will be used immediately — pot life is up to 2 hours.
