TREMflex 25FC is a one-component, fast curing, flexible fillet joint sealant for use in professional waterproofing applications.
Usage/Purpose
TREMflex 25FC is ideally suited to, and forms part of Tremco's waterproofing system. TREMflex 25FC is designed for use as a fillet joint for movement junctions (wall to wall, wall to floor) in waterproofing installations.

Priming
TREMflex 25FC bonds tenaciously without the assistance of a primer, however some substrates will require primer to develop adhesion. For porous substrates use Vulkem 171 Primer; for non-porous substrates use TREMprime Non-Porous Primer.
Limitations
- Not recommended for use on glass, natural rubbers such as EPDM, PVC or TPO.
- Use on bitumen will result in discolouration.
- Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or use in swimming pools.
Coverage
Approximate linear metres per 600ml sausage: 10mm depth × 15mm wide = 4m; 10mm × 20mm = 3m; 10mm × 25mm = 2.4m. Fillet joints (triangular cross section): 6mm × 6mm = 33.33m; 10mm × 10mm = 12m.
Shelf Life/Storage
12 months when stored in original undamaged packaging in a clean, dry, protected location with temperatures between 5°C and 25°C.
