Description
VANDEX ELASTICIZER PK 75 is a milky white liquid polymer additive — an aqueous, unplasticised styrene/acrylic ester copolymer dispersion — supplied in a 10kg PE container. It is the polymer (liquid) component of Vandex two-component elasticised cementitious waterproofing coatings.
Mixed with a 25kg bag of VANDEX BB 75 (dry component), it produces VANDEX BB 75 E: a waterproof, elastic, polymer-modified cementitious coating for concrete and masonry. The elasticised slurry is suitable for cracks and areas of potential cracking on foundations, slabs, retaining walls and similar structures, with excellent initial and final adhesion on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. The cured coating is durable, frost and heat resistant, vapour permeable and forms an active barrier to carbon dioxide (CO2).
VANDEX ELASTICIZER PK 75 is also the polymer component of VANDEX BB 75 E Z (sulphate-resistant elastic coatings) and VANDEX OS 5 (flexible surface protection coating).

Mixing Ratios
- VANDEX BB 75 E: 25kg VANDEX BB 75 + 10kg VANDEX ELASTICIZER PK 75 — mix at least 3 minutes with a high-speed mixer
- VANDEX BB 75 E Z: 25kg VANDEX BB 75 Z + 10kg VANDEX ELASTICIZER PK 75
- VANDEX OS 5: 20kg VANDEX OS 5 powder + 10kg VANDEX ELASTICIZER PK 75
Storage
Store frost-free between +5°C and +35°C. Shelf life 12 months in unopened, undamaged original packaging.
