ATECHPROOF ® Retain is a polymer-modified bitumen emulsion-based liquid waterproofing membrane that offers Class III performance and is ready for cold applications. It can be used even when freezing outside because of its high build. The film made with Atechproof ® Retain is exceptionally durable, smooth, and elastic. This film sticks very well to many materials, including cement blocks and concrete. With its Atechproof ® Retain coating, soil chlorides, and sulfates don’t stand a chance. As a bonus, it can withstand mold growth without a problem. It can protects retaining walls, underground spaces, and ground-level structures. It is installed atop concrete tilt panels, or a building with bricks or blocks. Three to four square meters per kilogram is the typical coverage of ATECHPROOF ® Retain (Per coat). At 20 degrees Celsius, drying takes a whole day (with an interval of 2 hours between coats). A lot of people have black as their preferred color, and that color is one of the options. It comes in your choice of a 12-kilogram or an 18-kilogram pail.
