2-part epoxy primer, levelling mortar, intermediate layer and mortar screed
Sikafloor®-160 is an economic, two part, low viscosity epoxy resin. "Total solid epoxy composition according to the test method Deutsche Bauchemie e.V. (German Association for construction chemicals)"
Usage
- For priming concrete substrates, cement screeds and epoxy mortars
- For low to medium absorbent substrates
- Primer for a variety of Sikafloor MultiDur and MultiFlex flooring systems
- Binder for levelling mortars and mortar screeds

Shelf Life: 12 months from date of production
Storage: Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

- Tensile Adhesion Strength: >1.5 N/mm² (failure in concrete)

Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 64 : 36 (by weight) / 1.6:1 (by volume)
Ambient Air Temperature: +10°C min. / +30°C max.
Relative Air Humidity: 80% r.h. max.
Substrate Temperature: +10°C min. / +30°C max.
Substrate Moisture Content: Maximum 4% when measured using Sika-Tramex meter.
