wedi Tools Sealing Tape 120mm x 10m
wedi Tools sealing tape is a TPE-coated polypropylene fleece used to create permanently waterproof joints between wedi building boards, wedi Fundo shower elements and adjoining non-wedi materials such as screed, render and plasterboard. Supplied as a 120 mm × 10 m roll, it seals connecting joints, butt joints and wall-to-floor intersections.

- TPE-coated polypropylene fleece for a durable, watertight bond into the adhesive bed
- Seals corner, connecting and butt joints plus wall-to-floor intersections
- Resistant to water pressure (>1.5 bar) and to chemicals
- UV resistant (>500 hours), temperature stable -30°C to +90°C
- Compatible with thin-bed mortar, cement-based sealant and epoxy resin adhesive
Application
Embed the tape into fresh thin-bed mortar, sealant or epoxy resin adhesive and press in firmly with a smoothing trowel. With epoxy adhesive, skim over and broadcast quartz sand. Overlap adjoining tape lengths by at least 50 mm.
